Hot Curry Sauce

1	tablespoon curry powder
1/4	cup grenadine syrup
1/4	cup hot peppers, Fresh Thai, Jalapeno or Habenero 
        orange zest,  of 1/2 Orange
        orange juice, of 1/2 orange

	
Let sit for 1 hour before using. Great withe rice, chicken, vegetables.

Sweet Curry Sauce

1	tablespoon curry powder
1/4	cup apple cider vinegar
1/4	cup apple juice, or water
1/4	cup brown sugar
3	tablespoons hot peppers, sauce
1	tablespoon cornstarch

Simmer until thick. Serve with poultry or pork. 
Use as a finishing glaze with BBQOptional:Apricot jam or Apple Brandy.
